Bikes may require an additional 3-7 business days for assembly. Need it fast? Overnight delivery ships within 24 hours on business days. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, or APO may experience longer transit times.

Not necessarily. Since we fulfill orders from various store locations, your items may be shipped in multiple packages with different delivery estimates.

When bikes are shipped to your home, a $79 Ride Ready fee is applied for partial assembly and boxing. If you can pick up your bike in one of our 30+ locations, we will waive the Ride Ready fee.

The Ride Ready Program ensures your bike arrives pre-inspected, built, adjusted, and boxed by expert bike techs. This streamlined process simplifies setup, so with just a few final steps, your bike is ready to ride - giving you a hassle-free start to your biking adventures. Yes, certain items like cargo carriers, hitch racks, and sleds aren't eligible for shipping. However, they are available for in-store pickup. For assistance, visit your nearest Sun & Ski Sports location or contact us.

We strive to meet the requested delivery timing, but there may be circumstances beyond our control. In case the timing is not met, remedies are limited to the guarantee provided by FedEx, a refund of shipping charges, or the option to return purchased items according to our Return Policy.
