And, if your purchase doesn't meet your satisfaction, our Performance Guarantee empowers you to exchange the items for something better suited to your needs.

If you are returning a bike, please note that a $99 restocking fee applies. Bikes must be returned in the original box to avoid additional charges for damage or shipping.

Yes. There is a return shipping fee of $9.99 for each shipment. For bike returns, there is an additional $99 restocking fee. To avoid additional charges for damage or shipping costs, bikes must be returned in the original box.
Due to the high cost of shipping bikes and the time required to reinspect and repack them upon return, we charge a $99 restocking fee to help cover these expenses.
We accept a paper or email receipt as proof of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we may be able to locate your order using the phone number or email address provided at the time of purchase.
Online purchases can be returned online or at any of our 30+ store locations. Purchases made in-store must be returned in-store. Find a Sun & Ski Sports location near you. If you have any questions, you can also chat with one of our Outdoor Experts.

A return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund when using the prepaid FedEx label provided through our return portal. You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and return label that can be dropped off at any FedEx or Walgreens location.
You can track the return status anytime through My Account or by using your order number.

Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any return shipping fees. Returns made between 30 and 60 days are eligible for store credit only. Returns are not accepted after 60 days.
